Terms of use

Last updated 20 October 2026

These terms apply when you use pmfy.org or the PMFY HR Hub, including any client address such as derada.pmfy.org. By using them, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

PlaceMeantForYou ("PMFY", "we", "us") is a Khwaabshala initiative. Khwaabshala is the trading name of Ambikesh Sharma, a sole trader based in London, United Kingdom. Contact us at hello@pmfy.org.

2. How the HR Hub is provided

We provide the HR Hub to businesses ("clients") under a separate written agreement. If you are a member of a client's team, your employer gives you access, and your employer is responsible for the information it keeps about you. Where these terms and a client's agreement with us differ, the client's agreement applies between us and that client.

4. Using the Hub properly

Please use the Hub only for its intended workplace purposes. You must not:

Raising a genuine concern through Speak up is always welcome, and these terms don't limit any legal protection you have when you do.

5. Information you add

Information you or your employer add to the Hub belongs to you or your employer. You allow us to store and process it only so that we can provide the Hub and our services. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.

6. Our materials

The Hub, this website and their design and content belong to us. Documents we write for a client are licensed to that client under its agreement with us.

7. Availability

We work to keep the Hub available and secure, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may need to pause it briefly for maintenance or updates, and we'll try to do this outside busy hours.

8. General information, not legal advice

Content on pmfy.org is general information. Advice to a client is given only under that client's agreement with us.

9. Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. If you use the Hub as a member of a client's team, it is provided to you free of charge, and so, as far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect loss or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control. A client's own agreement with us sets out our responsibilities to that client.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll show the new date at the top, and tell clients about any significant change.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
